Sing East! 
The BBC’s celebration of singing in East London
Join the BBC Singers, the BBC Symphony Chorus and over 200 local performers for a showcase for brilliant choirs from across East London.  

You’ll see and hear performances from six community choirs, with music including songs from hit West End Shows including Wicked and Rent, songs heard in computer game soundtracks and hits from Imagine Dragons, Bob Marley, plus so much more.  
You’ll also be the first to hear a thrilling performance by over 300 singers of a brand-new song by Aga Serugo-Lugo, created with young people from the local community. Plus, you’ll have the chance to join in, too! 

Join us for an unforgettable evening of music-making, a celebration of the power of the human voice, and to be amazed at just how much talent there is on our East London doorsteps! 
4.30-5.15pm Come and Sing Workshop 
Come along early for a free, fun Come and Sing workshop with Aga Serugo-Lugo and to learn some of the songs to be performed at Sing East! so you’ll be ready to join in with the performance.  

Please note that you must have a ticket for the 6pm performance to take part in the Come and Sing workshop.
 Suitable for all ages but not recommended for anyone under the age of 8.
